Julie Aleshire
Aquatics Director
Julie has been involved in Aquatics since 2004 and has been the Director of Aquatics at Beau Chêne since 2009. She first started as the Aquatics Director for Cub Scout Day Camp which serves 500 youths each summer here in St. Tammany. Julie is certified as a Aquatics Director/Instructor with Boy Scouts of America through their National Camping School and is also a BSA Lifeguard Instructor. She is also a Merit Badge Councilor for all Aquatic Merit Badges. She is certified by American Red Cross as a Lifeguard in Pool, Water Park and Lakes, she is also Red Cross certified in Lifeguard and Pool Management.
During the off season Julie works at Mandeville Elementary School as a Paraprofessional with Special Education. She lives in Mandeville with her husband Phil and their two children Brayden and Rayleigh.
