DINING

Beau Chêne Country Club offers a variety of delicious dining opportunities. Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Hosie Bourgeois, provides cuisine comparable to the very finest restaurants in the New Orleans area – and that is saying a lot! You'll dine casually for lunch and dinner in our beautiful cypress-wrapped Oak Grill or jump into a seat at the Oak Grill Bar, especially popular after a round of golf or a game of tennis. Morgan's, our more upscale dining room, has excellent regional cuisine and Morgan's Bar is the site of many fun gatherings and Happy Hour on Fridays.

In addition to our regular lunch and dinner schedule, we feature several regular dining events. As a Beau Chêne member, you'll join us for special evenings such as the wildly popular $18 Filet and $15 Fresh Fish Meuniere on Thursdays, Guest Chef Evenings, Maine Lobster or Dungeness Crab Nights, Holiday Dinners or Brunches, Musical Evenings, Wine Dinners and Oyster Fests.

Each month, a Wednesday Family Night features the always popular game of Bingo in the Ballroom where adults and children eagerly stamp their cards to win.

Several times throughout the year, Beau Chêne hosts "Guest Chef" evenings. Our Guest Chefs have included John Besh, Leon Galatoire, John Folse, Susan Spicer, Ryan Hughes, Tory McPhail, and more superbly talented Chefs.

The Club's Wine Tasting Series also finds our members tasting, enjoying and learning about wines from across the world in the most fun manner. Chef Hosie's popular monthly Cooking Classes and "Dinners in the Kitchen" events give members an up close perspective on the professional chef's life – and they get to eat the results of their lesson!

Our Executive Chef Hosie also mixes it up menu-wise with fun "Pop Ups" such as Oyster Shacks, Chef José's Tacqueira, Build a Burger Bash, Italian Trattoria, Brewmaster's Beer Dinners and more.

Holiday seasons bring joy to Beau Chêne children. The 4th of July Parade of bikes, trikes, golf carts and scooters precedes the annual Pool Games, where kids dive for coins and win treats. Boo-Fet is our annual pre-Halloween dinner with costume parade for kids of all ages. Easter and Christmas are the time for visits from the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus, arriving via golf cart to excited children who line up for photos and to whisper their heart's desire into the Bunny or Santa's ear.
