Membership Categories


Eagle Golf Membership

Entitles the eligible immediate family (yourself, spouse, and children under 25) the use of golf courses, clubhouse, tennis facilities, and pool complex.

Medalist Golf Membership

Entitles the eligible immediate family the use of golf courses, club house, tennis facilities and pool complex. All Medalist memberships convert to Eagle memberships after 5 years of continuous membership.

Birdie Golf Membership

Primary account holder must be under 40 years of age. Entitles the eligible immediate family the use of golf courses, clubhouse, tennis facilities and pool complex. There will be no further initiation fee charged upon turning 40 as long as you have maintained this golf membership for 24 months minimum. Upon turning 40, the current Eagle membership dues will be charged.

Fitness Add-On

Only available as an add-on to an existing golf membership. Entitles the eligible immediate family the use of fitness center and group classes with age restrictions for younger children. Includes childcare services for up to 2 hours a day and up to 12 hours a week at no additional charge.

Sports Membership

Entitles the eligible immediate family the use of clubhouse, tennis facilities, pool complex and fitness center. The sports membership also includes childcare service for up to 2 hours a day and up to 12 hours a week at no charge.

Social

Entitles the eligible immediate family the use of clubhouse and pool complex.


Membership FAQ's

No. Anyone can apply for membership at Beau Chêne CC.

Eligible immediate family includes yourself, your spouse and any children under the age of 24 still attending school. For Golf members there are guest fee discounts for immediate family members including parents, brothers and sisters etc. Please contact the Golf Shop for more details.

No, all Beau Chêne memberships are full family.

Yes, we have the Birdie Membership with reduced initiation fees and dues for members under 40 years of age.

Yes, BCCC takes Visa and MasterCard.

Social membership does not offer golf access but a Social member can play as a guest of a Golf member by paying the full guest green fees. Non-golf members may only play as a guest a maximum of 4 times per year.

Yes, by paying a Trail Fee. The Golf Shop can supply additional info.

Yes, proper golf attire is required. Collared shirts and shorts, slacks, or skirt. Please note that denim is not permitted.

Yes, and they are very active throughout the year especially with two clay courts, five additional outside courts and one indoor tennis court. In addition, we have four outdoor and two indoor pickleball courts.

The Fitness Center is located in the Tennis Building. There are private and group training sessions and plenty of free group classes available. Please contact the Tennis & Fitness center at 985-845-3504 for a current schedule.

Childcare is available to all our members on the first floor of our tennis facility for up to two hours per day.  More information is available on the childcare page. 

Two, the Oak Grill for casual dining and Morgan's Restaurant and Lounge for upscale dining. The Pool Cabana offers sandwiches, beverages and snacks 7 days per week when the pool is open.

You can upgrade your membership at anytime with the appropriate additional initiation fees. You may downgrade your category once over the lifetime of the membership. From the time of the initial change, you must wait a period of twelve months before any further changes may be made, including reverting back to your previous category.
