Membership Categories
Eagle Golf Membership
Entitles the eligible immediate family (yourself, spouse and children under 25) to unlimited use of the golf courses, clubhouse, tennis facilities and pool complex. Fitness can be added for a small monthly amount with no contract.
Medalist Golf Membership
Entitles the eligible immediate family (yourself, spouse and children under 25) to unlimited use of the golf courses, clubhouse, tennis facilities and pool complex. Fitness can be added for a small monthly amount with no contract. Provides lower initiation fee with higher monthly dues. Perfect for members who plan to live in the area for a limited time. All Medalist memberships convert to Eagle Club Membership with prevailing Eagle dues after 5 years of continuous membership.
Birdie Golf Membership
Primary account holder must be under 40 years of age. Entitles the eligible immediate family (yourself, spouse and children under 25) to unlimited use of the golf courses, clubhouse, tennis facilities and pool complex. Provides lower initiation fee and dues for younger members. There will be no further initiation fee charged upon turning 40 as long as you have maintained this golf membership for 24 months minimum. Upon turning 40 the current Eagle Club dues line will be charged. Fitness can be added for a small monthly amount with no contract.
Sports Membership
Entitles the eligible immediate family (yourself, spouse and children under 25) to unlimited use of the clubhouse, tennis, pool complex, fitness, and 2 free hours of childcare per day.
Social
Entitles the eligible immediate family (yourself, spouse and children under 25) to unlimited use of the clubhouse and pool complex.
Fitness Add-On
Entitles the immediate (yourself, spouse and children under 25) family to unlimited use of the Fitness Center with age restrictions for younger children and 2 free hours of childcare per day. Included with Sports membership only. For all other categories Fitness can be added for a small monthly amount with no contract.

"Do you have to live in the Beau Chêne community to join the Club?
No. Anyone can apply for membership in Beau Chêne CC.
"What is meant by eligible immediate family and who does this include?"
Eligible Immediate family includes yourself, your spouse and any children under the age of 24 still attending school. For Golf members there are guest fee discounts for immediate family members including parents, brothers and sisters etc. Please contact the Golf Shop for more details.
"Do you have single memberships instead of full family?"
No, all Beau Chêne memberships are full family.
"Do you offer a Junior membership for younger members?"
Yes, we have the Birdie Membership with reduced initiation fees and dues for members under 40 years of age.
"Can I pay my fees with a credit card?"
Yes, BCCC takes Visa and MasterCard. However credit cards are not accepted in the dining room for F&B charges.
"Can a Social member play golf at any time?"
Social membership does not offer golf access but a Social member can play as a guest of a Golf member by paying the full guest green fees. Non-golf members may only play as a guest a maximum of 4 times per year.
"Can I use my own cart?"
Yes, by paying a Trail Fee. The Golf Shop can supply additional info.
"Is there a dress code on the golf courses?"
Yes, proper golf attire is required. Collared shirts and shorts, slacks, or skirt. Please note that denim is not permitted.
"Do you have Tennis Leagues?"
Yes, and they are very active throughout the year especially with two clay courts, six additional outside courts and two indoor courts.
"Where is the Fitness Center and do you have any programs?"
The Fitness Center is located in the Tennis Building. There are private and group training sessions and plenty of free group classes available. Please contact the Director of Fitness and Recreation for a current schedule.
"Do you have Childcare available?"
Childcare is available to all our members on the first floor of our tennis facility for up to two hours per day. More information is available on the childcare page.
"How many restaurants are in the club?"
Two, the Oak Grill for casual dining and Morgan's Restaurant and Lounge for upscale dining. The Pool Cabana offers sandwiches, beverages and snacks 7 days per week when the pool is open.
"Can I change my membership category"?
You can upgrade your membership at anytime with the appropriate additional initiation fees. You may downgrade your category once over the lifetime of the membership. From the time of the initial change, you must wait a period of twelve months before any further changes may be made, including reverting back to your previous category.
