    Lorraine Beaver, Group Fitness Instructor

    Lorraine's fitness career began in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she met her husband of 34 years, Don.  Once she started teaching "hardcore" aerobics, she was hooked and has continued to expand her knowledge, growth and experience into many forms forms of exercise.  She strives to share her enthusiasm with others and make each class challenging and fun for beginners to advanced fitness members.  Lorraine teaches Tabata, Yoga / Pilates "Fusion," Stretching, and Kettlebell classes.     Michelle Braiwick, Group Fitness Instructor

    Michelle was born and raised on the northshore of the New Orleans Metro and graduated from Fontainebleau High where she was a cheerleader and dance team member.  Michelle's 20+ years of experience in dancing created a natural transition to fitness where she develops challegning and fun classes for her clients.  Michelle is a certified barre instructor in 2015 and is the current barre instructor at Beau Chêne Tennis & Fitness.
