Jeff is originally from Monroe, LA, is a graduate of LSU, and resides in Mandeville. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where his training and expertise lead him to two main goals: establishing and maintaining the highest of service standards, and creating an amazing dining experience and environment for both members/guests and his fellow service team members. Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge in the world of Bourbon, as his Executive Bourbon Steward and Kentucky Distillers Association designations attest to, so be on the lookout for future bourbon tastings, classes and dinners.

Chef Hosie Bourgeois was born and raised in New Orleans and is a graduate of Archbishop Shaw HS, Nicholls State University and the Culinary Institute of New Orleans. The lifelong development of his culinary skills dates back to when he was a child with his two grandmothers who were amazing cooks to the Culinary Institute to numerous competitions. He was chosen to go to Dijon, Burgundy, France to represent N.O. in the 2014 Fete with three-star Michelin Chefs where his New Orleans-style Barbeque Shrimp with Gorgonzola Truffle Grits was voted "best of the fest" by the French crowds. Hosie took a first in the 2012 Performance Food Service Top Chef competition, was invited to be a guest chef for an Alsatian Dinner at the Deutsches Haus in 2017 and has honed his skills alongside the likes of John Folse, Susan Spicer, Tory McPhail, John Besh, Andrea Apuzzo, Greg Sonnier, Leon Galatoire, Frank Brigtsen, Gunter Preuss, Anthony Uglesich and Matt Murphy. His most important accomplishment is as a father to two young men, Blair and Xachary.
Originally from the Buckeye State. Graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelors in Business and Marketing. 30+ years in the Food and Beverage industry, Proprietor of Outback Steakhouse, GM of The Cheesecake Factory, to name a few, and moved to the New Orleans area in 2016 where I worked for Dickie Brennan and Co. in the French Quarter. Sat on the Ohio Restaurant Association board for 3 years.
